Pets stay free is amazing! The bed was broken in and that was gross to say the least , the wall outlets were exposed the bed lights were disconnected the hot water was limited and the room stayed real hot even with it being 0• outside and the a/c on full blast it stayed hot af. The battery’s were removed from the smoke detector and left open and the door key didn’t work half the time but other then that the other bed in the room was just fine. But there was a bright light shining in thru the door from the hallway that sucked and the Sam’s Club parking lot was bright af too oh and the curtain had a zip tie holding it up and the rod was broken. I loved the hotel none the less their were no bugs but the walls are thin and def not sound proof and the toilet was also not bolted to the floor and I’m short so every time I sat down the back hit the wall and the ppl next to us kept banging on the wall all day I almost lost my mind on them but none the less it was a nice free stay for a few days with my credits I saved from my last bday but I def wouldent pay more the. 300 for a week their that’s insane

The room and hotel were in DEPLORABLE conditions. The room was filthy dirty, the shower was full of hair, the room was only “half” put together from a remodel with no tables, no bed blankets, and a broken mini fridge. On top of all that I contacted Expedia who contact the hotel and we had a man, not identifiable as staff due to him being in what appeared to be painter clothes, enter our room w/out permission or announcing himself while I was half naked from changing. At that time he was asked to leave and barged further into room and became aggressive and belligerent stating we couldn’t be in the room as Expedia cancelled it. At that time I once again contacted Expedia as it was now not only deplorable but safety concerns were elevated. We immediately gathered our personal effects and left the premise. We weee luck to find a different hotel as we were 5 hours from home but it cause us to miss half of the concert we were there for. I also inadvertently left my prescription sunglasses in the room and went back and they had RE-RENTED the room and my glasses were “gone.” I did get the chance to speak to the manager and give her my concerns with cleanliness, staff not appropriately dressed in site attire, and the behavior of the male entering our room and was nice and understanding but it did not fix ANY of the problems we encountered. I also filed a police report due to the safety concerns and stopped the payment at bank! I WOULD NOT recommend this property to anyone!
