The air conditioning unit was old and loud. Basic room, nothing fancy. Noisy halwways even though my room 204 was far from the elevator. TV is limited. Coffee was horrible, never hot and the regular brew was watery. Good customer service as far as the people, especially Sandra. This location is perfect for those on a tight budget, who only want grab and go items to munch on for breakfast, and nothing fancy.

Hotel Manager has no compassion

Could not make the reservation due to a death in the family on the day I was due to arrive at the hotel. Hotel canceled my reservation (understandable), but the hotel got their money back being sold out every night. Now they won’t give my money back due to unforeseen circumstances.

It was newly remodeled. I did not not receive the 2 queen bed room I reserved. The room had one queen bed and a pullout sofa bed. Not comfortable for 4 adults. They said that was not what was booked through Expedia, even though I could show them my reservation through Expedia. Not helpful, did not really care, or try to fix the situation.
