The staff were very nice and helpful, giving us directions to places of interest. Although there was no kettle, they kindly provided a jug of hot water. The hotel was cozy and in a good location, with easy access to the train station and city centre. We stayed for one night only but had a pleasant stay.

The room was spotless and the staff so friendly and helpful. It was close to everything with the Xmas markets being 10/15 minutes walk and other highlights such as the Norkette mountains funicular being 15 minutes walk away. Loved Innsbruck with the old town being really traditional being overlooked all around by snow covered mountains.

A good hotel in a great location. Seriously perfect just 80m or so from the main street and tourist hub. Still it is super quiet. Room was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful. It has a lovely old school feel about it. The room key on the heavy brass fob for example and the breakfast lounge as part of the classic cafe which dates back to 18 something. Misses a bar but plenty in the neighbourhood. I think we'll be back.

Decent hotel that has a bit of an old world charm about it. Rooms are reasonable and quiet (clearly had new doors and frames fitted to achieve this). They are not modern however with red marble floors and lots of brown Formica style drawers and closets. The rooms are not fancy but do the job. The Central Cafe however feels steeped in history with stories within the walls to be told. I had dinner when a jazz band played and it was excellent. The music was great and the crowd was into it, applauding regularly and thoroughly enjoying the performance. A perfect fit for the “bygone era” that the cafe seems to represent. Overall, a really enjoyable experience. It’s a kind of what you make if it hotel.
