Overall they thought our stay was just okay. The bathroom tub and shower definitely showed signs of aging and hard water stains. I thought at first Look the bathroom was clean. However, upon closer look, the bottom of the toilet was dirty and hadn't been cleaned in sometime.

I have stayed at Avi several times now when I go to visit Family. It is so easy to access the hotel from the parking area and the valet has always been there to help me carry heavy things to my room. The front desk is clean convenient and as friendly as can be. I don’t gamble, but I do eat in both of the restaurants every time I go there. Essay Hotel guest, I also get a discount on the golf course, which is right across the street. I’ll stay again and again.

This hotel stay was pretty bad. Had to look through 10 ice machines before i found one that worked. I asked the front desk person if i could get some ice. He just told me to keep looking there is an ice machine at every end of every hall which i already knew. I explained that i hadn't yet found one that worked. He replied that i could BUY ice in the gift shop because they didn't have any other ice..... there are bars and restaurants all over that disgusting place....no ice? Rude rude rude. The hotel must have been hosting some sort of event for ATVs, very loud. There was some sort of construction/digging right outside my window as well. When me and my boyfriend wanted to take a walk we decided to cut through the parking garage to get to the other side, nope greeted by an old man staff that said we needed to get out of there. I explained that we were just going for a walk and wanted to be on the other side of the garage to walk by the rv park. He said he'd CALL SECURITY. 2 middle aged gays walking through an open garage! Yep please call security, we're a huge threat! We just complied lol. The room itself was average. The bed was hard, but fine. Bathtub dirty, but whatever i had my sandles to shower with. The casino has a sewage smell. Past the casinos is a theater, and several restaurants. The theater staff were super nice, and so were the Subway staff. Maybe they could train the hotel staff?

The property has a golf course next to it. However, the property allows smoking inside and you are greeted by a bad smell when arriving. The pool area was dirty and unusable.

We were so disappointed staying at the Ari first off. It was not in the heart of Laughlin. It was far from the major hotels in Laughlin. Our room was so dirty. The vents had dust hanging out of them. The air condition events had kicked on dust. The furniture had thick dust on it. The carpeting had stains all over it. We were also in a remodeled room, but the cleanliness of it was disgusting. We will never stay there again.

Bathroom was dirty from previous guest. Bath tub slow to drain and difficult to use. I was asked what type of room preference would i like. I asked for possibly a room with a view, and got a room with a view of the valet parking.

We loved our stay at Avi. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. There are several dining options, a casino, valet parking, and even a safe area to drop the little ones off in needed. It is a safe and clean resort. There is even a movie theatre at the resort. Avi will not disappoint. Thank you.
