Excellent restaurant and staff

The bar and dining area was being renovated while staying 16 to 20 march so meant a bit of relocation for breakfast a couple of times. However that did not distract from the quality of the breakfast or the fine service provided by the staff on duty. The room was very clean and comfortable

Extremely disappointing stay. The room felt dirty, with sticky surfaces and a carpet that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The overall condition was unacceptable. On top of that, the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Walking distance access to city center.

The room was spotless, but the downside was that the room was cold. The heating did not seem to be on. The staff were very helpful and as my husband used a wheelchair, they were very attentive. There was a good selection of food for breakfast. The hotel was close by the railway station and amenities.We shall certainly return.

Awesome breakfast menu. Highly recommend the Full Scottish. The fruit salad and cold breakfast buffet was lovely but if you arrive after 09:00h the pastries may all be gone!
