Love how close the hotel is to the train station. Staff so friendly. Bed wasn’t soft like most hotels. Only thing was the noise from the lifts. Sounded like a ferry or airplane.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The staff, I actually don’t have any comment about them, they weren’t nice or rude, they just did there job. the place is good if u need a place to sleep for a day or two. Located right near the train station. There is no house keeping.

Best breakfast I have seen at any hotel. Everything else was great too. Note that If you have chemical sensitivities, there were strong smells from what seemed like cleaning chemicals. Maybe carpet cleaning because it was theoughout the whole hotel. Hopefully it was just a temporary thing.

Breakfast menu was really simple yet tasty. Room looked tired and dated but still reasonably clean. Only the hairdryer was all covered with dust and i don't understand why it has to be permanently attached to the wall, on the right hand side, with fairly short cable which makes drying the hair for a left handed person, really uncomfortable. The corridors of the hotel are really dark.

This was a gem of a find! Halls a bit dark and in need of some love, but my room was spacious and spotless with a very comfortable bed and lovely hot showers with great water pressure. Staff were helpful and welcoming. The lobby was lovely, with comfortable couches and chairs and was decorated for the Holidays.
