Employees were friendly, helpful, efficient. Room was ready when stated. Room was clean. It was hot day when I arrived and the room was nice and cool. Shower head was amazing!!! Bed was comfortable. And I’m picky about my bed. Brick Salt Bar and Kitchen was clean. Everyone was super nice in bar area. Food was good with big portions. And the drinks were great!!
The service was great. We used the complimentary van service to go to dinner and back. The driver was friendly and prompt. Our room was clean with a nice view of the city. Our only issue were the double beds, however we were aware of the size at booking. Overall a great experience. We will book there again when in the area.
Great location, but the rooms need updated. The restaurant was fantastic and accommodated our group of 20 for a party. Staff was amazing and food was delicious!
Both beds had stains on sheets and shower was full of mold. Air did not work. Dust everywhere

Bedding and mattress were great. Lighting was very good. Water pressure was very good. Rooms were on the small side, including the bathroom. Dining options were very limited. Urban setting, close to the Town Center but surrounded by construction.
The building inside was nice. Bar area was updated, dining area and front lobby area beautiful. Room was standard not great not poor. What really disappointed me was the parking arrangement. I was charged 15$ to park at the hotel. The garage was dirty, saw homeless people in and around. Outside of the building was in poor condition.
