My stay at Hotel All Ritmo was deeply disappointing. Despite some initial attempts to address concerns (like minibar stocking), the experience was far below expectations. The advertised dining options were misleading, with limited availability and repetitive, low-quality food.
No 5 restaurants, only 1 functional buffet (with repetitive food) the Gondola(Italian) is the snack bar (limited snacks and at night only sandwiches and salad. After 10/11 no longer service). The snack bar at the water park is the same limited snacks (i.e.burgers, fries) and the Ostras is the only good option but limited seating, and some evenings not available.
Accessibility was a major problem, with no elevator and inadequate ramp access, leading to difficulties and injuries. Many advertised amenities were lacking, including reliable internet, a functional hot tub, and the promised variety in dining.
The water park had closures, and the hotel's overall condition was poor(patio siting limited and damage, the pool and building with broken pieces), with damaged facilities and watered-down drinks. I strongly advise against staying here.
