The perfect place for a quiet get-away. Super-clean, excellent (but not overbearing) service, spacious room (and we had the junior suite). Food was always well presented, but not always great- above par for an all-inclusive resort. The beach was beautiful and quiet. Would definitely come back again.

Went on my first AI and first trip to Mexico for baby moon with the wife. Clean, spacious and recently updated rooms - stayed in the junior pool walkout suite. Staff is super; responsive and excellent customer service acumen. Brand new gym equipment, overall fitness facilities has everything even a punching bag. Pools were super clean and bug free. Food was 7/10. The golfing at PM golf course on the championship course was 9/10 - only better course I’ve been on was at Osprey TPC in Toronto area. I would go back and highly highly recommend for a chill, leisure trip.

Staff are very friendly and polite. Food is great. Pool could be warmer. Beach is not clean and full of plants making it unusable. Overall is a great experience if you are a couple and looking for a relaxing, romantic vacation.

I read some of the 'zero' stars and I don't think they stayed at the Beloved Playa Mujer. This was the most relaxing vacation ever. Wonderful beach, extremely clean, friendly & helpful staff, great food, entertainment, incredible spa and no kids!
