This was our second time at the resort. And it was very good. Beach very clean. Pool was very comfortable, heated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was ok. Really liked room service menus. Coffee shop was amazing. There was some construction going on but it didn't disturb. Definitely will visit again.

The staff was and is amazing. Everyone was amazingly polite and hard working. The only issue my wife and I had was that there was construction going on, so one of the restaurants weren't available and one of the pools wasn't available. That being said, we can't wait to book our next trip here.

Room very musky - ask for different room; was told “no rooms available” - staff was not accommodating- decided to leave resort and lose our money, then the staff wanted to make things right; but left anyways for the better. Note villa plunge pools were private but NO PRIVACY !!
