Gigi's Beach House, a gorgeously renovated home that is tucked away in the private, gated Ocean Point community within Wild Dunes Resort, provides its visitors with an ideal location, wonderful community amenities and many luxurious, high end custom finishes. This stunning vacation home is a 3 minute walk to a very quiet section of the Isle of Palms beach and the Ocean Point community pool complex, which features a swimming pool, cabana & spacious sundeck. The main living space for Gigi's Beach House is an open floor plan layout on the second floor with hardwood floors, crown molding and bright windows & doors opening to a full back porch overlooking the golf course and community lake. Gigi's Beach House provides the perfect getaway for a group of family or friends, as the numerous gathering & common areas as well as the home's four spacious bedrooms give you and your guests plenty of room to socialize and also provide the option to decompress & relax on your own.

Guests enter Gigi's Beach House by entering their code in the electronic door lock on the front door of the home. When you enter the front door, you will find an interior staircase to the home's second floor. On this second floor, you will find the kitchen, dining room, living room, outdoor balcony and a half bathroom. There are also two additional staircases on the second floor. One staircase takes you to the third floor, where you will find the master suite, the second master suite and a guest bedroom suite. The staircase in the living room on the second floor takes you downstairs to the first floor, where you will find a bedroom suite with two queen beds and private porch, a laundry room and another staircase that takes you to the open game room below. The game room has a combined billiards / ping pong table.

Gigi's Beach House is tucked away in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of this residential character of the home during your stay.

The Ocean Point HOA will be doing work on the roads and curbs within the community during the months of October and November. There will be periods of loud noises, construction traffic and road closures.
Isle of Palms will be conducting minor beach replenishment in 2026. This is due to recent storm erosion. We apologize for the inconvenience. We do not expect this to significantly impact Wild Dunes.
