I really enjoyed the location on this property, I was able to walk to all major tourist attractions such as Hagia Sophia, basilica cistern, blue mosque and more! The breakfast was also very enjoyable and the breakfast room had nice views of the ocean. The staff was also very kind and helpful. There was some construction happening for all hours of the day that was very noisy but that’s not the hotels fault! My only critique would be that the bathrooms need a deep clean and some drain maintenance and as a solo traveler I wish there were double locks on the door such as a door latch for more security. Overall it was a very nice place to stay with amazing staff and the room was very cute! Would recommend for a stay in Istanbul.

This is my home in Istanbul. The hotel is easy walking distance to everything and has beautiful views from the rooftop terrace. The rooms are comfortable, super charming and have lovely windows overlooking the bay. I find it the perfect mix of historic charm, Turkish Hospitality and modern convenience. This is my 2nd time and I hope to continue to return to both my favorite hotel and my favorite city. Also they make an incredible breakfast here, again with a great view. Its a good place to launch your adventures in Turkey and also recharge and rest. We booked this property thinking it will be clean and convenient . But it was terrible. Washroom was leaking room has broken outlets linens had stains and smell. I got stuck in the elevator and keeps pushing emergency button but no help I somehow keeps banging the door and it opened we stayed 2 days and flew to cappadocia we had remaining 4 days at this hotel but we didn’t come back and booked another hotel .

I got a friendly welcome when I arrived by Mustafa and when I got settled he recommended an excursion and a visit to a Hammam which was enjoyable and very relaxing, there was some great views from the top floor breakfast buffet 😊

Average Hotel

The staff is very friendly. However the rooms are not very well maintained. The room we were staying in 302# the shower was leaking onto the ground. There was cracks in the sink. The toilet seat was very loose almost felt like it was going to break. Its is definitely a cheaper hotel and it shows. for $650 for 10 nights you definitely get what you pay for. They did offer complimentary breakfast which was from 8-10 Am which is pretty reasonable. The same food was provided every day. They did have WIFI which helped alot. On the floor there was paint stuck to the floor boards which i felt like they could have cleaned up. Also in the shower there was a decent amount of mold. Overall it was average what helps boost the rating is the staff hospitality. If it wasn't for that i would give it 1 out of 5 stars.

The room is extremely small. Only one bed in place then no room for you do anything there. The property of course is old that being said, the broken/patch is here and there. for the breakfast, they do provide but almost all cold food. I wouldnt suggest to book the hotel in this area. The restaurant surrounding is also over-pricing. It was a bad decision I booked here

Beautiful wooden architecture, 4 stories (there is an elevator), rooftop view of the Bosporous where a buffet breakfast is served. The staff was very cordial and accommodating, the location was central to all the historic sites and walking distance to everything. The hotel was nice and clean and the location was quiet. I loved it.

This family hotel is located a few blocks from the Sultanahmet Cammi, Ayasofya-i-Kebir Cami Şerif, the Sultanahmet Public Square, cafés, restaurants, and all you need, even a laundry service, a turkish bath, a corner store to buy water, fruit, etc
