My stay at the Carlton Hotel in Singapore was fantastic! The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The staff were exceptionally helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, ensuring I felt welcomed and valued throughout my visit. The location was another highlight, with easy access to a variety of great nearby food options. Whether craving local dishes or international cuisine, there was always something delicious just a short walk away. Each meal was a delightful experience, reflecting the rich culinary culture of Singapore. Overall, the combination of clean rooms, attentive staff, and proximity to amazing food made my stay at the Carlton Hotel truly memorable. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore!

I decided to splurge on my visit to the Carlton when visiting Singapore. I wish I had splurged a bit more. The check in was transactional and cold, no info provided. I had to ask which way to the elevator. I walked over to the one concierge person (only one for a hotel with 2 towers) and got one-word answers. The room is nice; the views are good. The AC has only one setting, Icebox. Great for sleeping but frozen when in the room, we had to turn it off and live in a musty room during the day. The shower goes from scalding to frigid every 20 seconds. I am baffled how the temps were able to change. Resulted in very short showers. The buffet breakfast was the same all 3 days, and I think my high school cafeteria was better. The scrambled eggs were undercooked, and the omelet line had only one server. THIS is a big hotel, I never had time to wait for a omelet, I think they cut corners, the one folks that were pleasant was the bell boys.

My wife and I had an incredible stay at the Carlton. We were there for our honeymoon, and everyone from the front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff were incredible! Upon check in we were told we were up graded, and we ended up with a larger room with an incredible view toward Marina Bay. We were also greeted with an incredible piece of chocolate cake that had a handmade chocolate butterfly on top. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of Marina Bay. Can't wait to go back! Thanks all for a fantastic stay.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff at check-in were friendly and even gave us a free upgrade to a room with a bath which was a very nice way to relax after a hot and long day of walking. It was a perfect location for us and the public transport around easily connects you with main attractions like Sentosa Island and Marina Bay. Raffles iconic Long Bar is right next door too which was fab!

Location, location, location Fabulous hotel right I the middle of the city. Next door to Raffles and at one end of Orchard Road. There is a massive Mall (Raffles City) opposite where you can buy anything that you may need. It’s within five minutes of the underground system and less than a fifteen minute stroll to all the major attractions. The hotel Itself is very clean and modern with everything that you need to make your stay comfortable. The staff were amazing. Leah even recommended a curry house in the suburbs was was wonderful. He made sure to chat with us whenever he saw us and made us feel Even more welcomed. We will stay at the Carlton if we’re ever back in Singapore. Why stay anywhere else when it has everything you need.
