Large hotel, great staff and location

Large hotel with a very high standard of hospitality. Caters for corporate and personal travellers. I had a nice room which I thought was quite large for the money. Great location. Reception and concierge staff very polite, professional and helpful. Only minor point was that the poolside bar was closed during the days of my stay. Everything else was as good as can be for this type of hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Another amazing stay at the Carlton. I cant fault the location, facilities and service. JK from housekeeping was a delight, always checking if i needed water or towels when he saw me in the hallway, he's a wonderful asset to your staff. From to check in to check out- always an ease and late check out was appreciated. I look forward to returning in April.

A good hotel but don't use the restaurant. Go over to the Raffle centre as there is lots of options there. The hotel has gone a bit cheap with the hangers and tea and coffee. A shame

My family and I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights, however upon checking into our room, the room had a weird smell similar to mould smell. The room definitely need a vent in the shower as theres not much ventilation in the room beside the aircon. Would we stay there again? Maybe but definitely need to request a different room but the location of the hotel is quite good, across the hotel theres a shopping mall and it is a walking distance to bugis junction and MRT is quite close.

Hotel centrally located to shopping centres and eateries. Nice stay in the comfort of the hotel. Buffet breakfast was great and made a nice start to our mornings. Will definitely stay again.

In general very good hotel. The only negative was that they give us smoking room without notice (we do not smoke). Upon request they change it for non smoking. Hotel is in downtown, easily walk to main attractions (within 30min of walk).

Great location

The Carlton is in a great location, right next door to Raffles, the Long Bar and Cjimes as well as transport. The lobby is spotless and the rooms are a nice size. The only drawback was our room smelled musty the whole time we were there. Everything else was great.
