Overall I enjoyed my stay with some exceptions. The Reception staff are in much need of some extra training on providing better quality customer care and service. The first experience a Guest encounters is with the reception staff. It is imperative that they are well prepared to deal and handle their duties and responsibilities appropriately and with the utmost professionalism, integrity and respect. I was disappointed and found the 2 female reception staff to be dismissive and rude. During my check in with Sharmilah and another lady who was nonchalant about my request to checkout just an hour later. She and another employee weren’t bothered to fulfil my request Mind you I had spent 9 days at this hotel. Unsatisfactory experience with the reception staff. Next the Concierge staff were wonderful and extremely helpful and very friendly. Thank you and well done Concierge staff! Keep up the great work. A special thanks to Siva abd Viji who were always ready to help make everything better. Secondly, a big thank you to the Housekeeping staff who were so efficient and responsively helpful whenever I needed something. Thank you for your service. The Cafe staff member Raziah was rude and unhelpful when I told him that the pie I was served was not hot enough. Oh we followed the settings. So, what does that mean, that if someone wants something a little hotter than it’s not possible? Ridiculous attitude. Kindly provide better training for better customer service and care.

Amazing Hotel. Room always clean and ready each day we arrived back. Excellent service, we didn't use the pool, but it looked good. Nice restaurant and lovely bar with friendly staff. Best of all it's located very conveniently, walkable most places and right next to raffles city shopping center and easy walk to other places and numerous restaurants. Within 10 mins drive of pretty much everything, even Sentosa was within 20 mins taxi away. Highly recommend this hotel and will be back next time we're in Singapore!

This hotel is superb. It is modern, clean and the staff amazingly friendly. The hotel has all the amenities you could want. It is ideally located to everything in Singapore, especially Raffles Long Bar which is 50 yards away. If you want a great hotel this is it.

The location is ideal. Close to everything. Aspect is great.Clean spacious room & quiet common areas. Staff while helpful on most occassions should loosen up a bit more. Service with a smile would be great especially at the front desk. A truly wonderful property. Hope to get back there someday.

My family stayed for 4 nights in October 2025. Overall stay is good. The location is convenient; we walked to Merlion park. There is a big shopping mall across the street and hawker center in the back. We didn't tried the breakfast at the hotel because we want to explore local Singaporean breakfast culture.
