Filthy and disgusting room with numerous stains on the floor, mattress and furniture to go with a bathroom filled with mould. Hotel staff made no effort to try and remedy the cleanliness issues with our room and even blamed us.. AVOID at all cost, the Four-G hotel is a dump..

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout. Turn-down service was thoughtful and consistent, adding a nice touch to the evenings. The location was ideal, easily walkable and within close proximity to major tourist attractions, with a tram stop just around the corner for added convenience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, they were just the best. Booked a room with a seaview and being able to sit on the balcony and soak that in was a highlight. The location was very handy, lots of restaurants and shops nearby and within about 10 minutes walk it was easy to get to some of the top sights. Also easy access to the tram. Loved it here, would happily return.

We were just there in May 2025. The location is awesome, the staff is amazing and very helpful. Everything is walking distance, bed is comfortable, room is quiet at night and shower is awesome. Nothing to do with the hotel as we loved our stay…..but we booked a morning boat cruise with the hotel and that was not worth it…just one traveller thought.

We have been multiple times to Istanbul and been at different hotels, but this one is the best of all. Amazing costumer service, great breakfast, and perfect location. They even opened breakfast early for us because we had an earlier flight. 4 minute walk from Hagia Sophia and blue mosque. From this point on this will always be the hotel we book. Motaz and Eman

Everything was great about staying at Four-G Hotel. Location was excellent, all the staff from front desk, breakfast staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and professional, and the room we stayed in was very comfortable. Great shower pressure after a full day of walking and sightseeing! Also the hotel provided us with a breakfast pack when we had to leave very early in the morning.

I would like to say a big thank you to the staff at Four-G Hotel for their outstanding hospitality. This hotel is conveniently located in the Sultanahmet area and is walking distance to top sites such as the Aya Sofya, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and the Basilica Cistern. I highly recommend this place if you're a 1st time visitor to Istanbul who is looking for a boutique hotel with excellent service and a great location relative to the top historic sites.

This place was awesome. I normally don’t write reviews but it stood out to me. (1) staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help. They helped me get a taxi, personally carted my luggage around, and shook my hand leaving. I could tell they appreciated my business. (2) staff spoke very good English (3) location great near major sites on a cute street. Lots of cool cafes and restaurants around while still being a quiet area (some parts of Istanbul can be chaotic and loud). (4) room very modern and clean. I would definitely stay again if I’m back in Istanbul.
