Loved the room with the harbour view and the access to the Harbour Lounge. A little disappointed that although we booked for three people and the receipt shows extra person and a fee for this, we arrived in our room to find no extra bed and we were advised we needed to pay for this.

Good location, old hotel but room is spcious. Staff didn’t seem to care too much. Parking is horrible, 2.2m height limit, if your suv is over, you need to park somewhere else and cost you $12 extra. Very tight parking onsite

Location was perfect completely centred in Wellington. We’ve stayed there before three years ago and noticed there’s quite a lot of rundown in the room that we had. Also hard to check in as there was only one person at the time and had to wait 15 minutes, even to just get an umbrella. But besides, that location is perfect.

Check in and check out was a breeze with very friendly staff. Rooms were tidy and spacious. Shower was huge with excellent pressure. Towels were soft and a great size. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends. Will definitely stay again.
