We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I had decided to get the deluxe room which was actually cheaper than some regular rooms we had stayed at throughout the country. It was lovely having the lounge to grab coffee, hot chocolate, snacks etc. The breakfast was a highlight as well. We have travelled extensively, but the chef at breakfast did the best soft poached eggs we have had for such a long time. We would be more than happy to stay here next time in Wellington.

My home away from home

This is my regular hotel when I stay in Wellington. The location is excellent for my needs; so simple to get into town on foot. It’s comfortable and clean, with excellent, flavourful and hearty food with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. Where this hotel really shines is in the quality of its staff. Without exception, every person I met on this stay was polite, professional and sparkling with warmth and charm. Special mention of the beautiful lady who manages the breakfasts, and also the team on the front desk. Always a lovely stay, but this trip was particularly pleasant. Thank you all, and I’ll see you again.
