Wonderful service. The breakfast let the hotel down. There wasn't enough when we arrived and it didn't taste the best-very watery eggs. Our dinner the night before though was delicious.

Great location. Walkable distance to lots of attractions, especially loved the elevator that brings us all the way down to Lambton Quay. Would be better if parking fee was cheaper.

This conveniently located hotel has the most amazing customer service from all staff. The rooms are comfortable and clean, good sized bathroom. It also has a great restaurant and bar.
