When I first arrived, it was really late (2am) and I was super tired from a long travel day. The room they put me in initially had not been properly cleaned—there were still food items in the fridge and the bed was infested with something that caused me to itch uncontrollably until I simply couldn’t take it anymore. I asked to change rooms. It makes me wonder if they had washed the bedding. The other room also hadn’t been emptied of the previous tenant’s items—several items were in the closet. I was offered no apology or any consideration whatsoever. They were also the only place in all of Turkey to charge me an extra 7 euros on a CC transaction. Do better.

Solid choice, great staff

Quirky room and quirky hotel (in a good way, if that’s your thing!). Staff are incredibly friendly. The hotel location can’t be beat - it was close to everything we wanted to see. Breakfast was fine - met the need. The bed and pillows were better here than in other hotels we stayed at in Türkiye! I’d stay here again.

Cute quaint stay in perfect location! Walkable to all the sites in Sultanahmet. My balcony overlooked the street, absolutely loved it. Highly recommend !

So close to everything, even the walk to the Galata tower wasn’t bad and that’s over a bridge ! The staff were so nice and helpful. Everything was very clean and the room was beautiful. I would stay here again :)

Highly recommend

Our room had a lovely charm to it. It was smaller than I expected, but it perfectly fit our needs! The central location made it easy to walk and use public transport. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, and it saved us a lot of money to add it on. The hotel has an associated restaurant, which I assume is why the food was so good. Rooms are serviced every day (no do not disturb option).

Small room but ok for 1, good shower, comfortable bed. Next time will ask for room in other side of building although soundproofing from pedestrian street quite adequate. Day staff better than night staff. Forgot to give me my special Breakfast packet for early flight,Breakfast chefs terrific!

Absolutely a beautiful Perl in the middle of tourist chaos. I loved this spot. This hotel was beautifully decorated & designed. It was a true Turkish experience. I loved being surrounded by antiques. I highly recommend this hotel because it was unique and wonderful.

The property has a unique decorative style with small Moroccan looking lamps hanging from the ceiling. Rafa, the hotel manager, is super nice and competent. Breakfast is perfectly Turkish simple, basic and delicious. The whole boutique hotel is decorated with antiques. Thank you Rafa for everything!!!
