Excellent location with great ammenities within the hotel. Free shuttle bus is also available between Narita Terminal 1, 2, and 3. Shuttle bus also goes to a local mall called "Aeon" and a nearby train station by the mall. Reasonably priced hotel with very accomodating staff. We stay here all the time! Look forward to our next visit.

Hotel shuttle from the airport was easy. Front staff greeted us warmly and professionally. The facility was beautifully decorated. Toiletries were available at the front desk. The room was spacious and clean, yet simple. 4 twin beds all in a row. The room was as a bit warm so we had to turn the air on. It was quiet and had blackout curtains. We packed up and left in the morning .
