Hotel was clean but AC was broken and it was extremely hot. AC is these temperatures is crucial. Didn’t sleep at all.

Great staff and nice room, somewhat noisy at times

Big room, big bed, very comfortable. Staff were very welcoming at check in and very helpful and professional all around. Convenience store essentially onsite - there's a door directly between the two - plus vending machines with limited contents. Laundry room is big, two washers and two dryers, bring your own detergent or buy it at the front desk. Some noise from trains and traffic gets in but tends to be quiet from around midnight to 6am which is the most important bit anyway, wasn't woken up at 3am or anything like that.

Hotel needs refurnishing. Room is stuffy. But the staff are friendly and courteous. Hotel is near to station, which is plus point.

Location and room was great is just that it was a little difficult trying to communicate as the staff spoke very little English.

Great service, hotel a little rough around the edges. Last refurb was probably in the 80s, but excellent staff in a region with few tourists. Great base for fans of Conan to explore Yura.

Perfect room a stone's throw away from JR Tottori

Very convenient near the station and bus terminal, with AEON supermarket nearby and many mini marts. Service is great, rooms are comfortable and clean. What more can I ask for?
