Excellent service throughout our stay here. Very comfortable stay with good choices of onsen available, good Japanese style dinner and breakfast.

I’ve stayed at many ryokan in different parts of Japan; Yukairou Kikuya is by far the best. Not only does it have flawless service, beautiful rooms and superb food, but it has famously beneficial onsen water in baths that range from in-room to private to a larger “public” one that I nevertheless had all to my self. The baths are often outdoors in private gardens, which enhances the experience. I also had a shiatsu massage that ranks among the best of my life. I can’t recommend Kikuya highly enough, and can’t wait to return.

I was a solo traveller spending a night at Toi. Amazing experiences with the half board (two meals), great value. Will definitely come back again!

Amazing and beautiful hotel. We got the Mt.Fuji view but didn’t get to see it because it was cloudy and rainy when we stayed. The dinner was not what I had expected for the price we paid. But the breakfast buffet was worth it and much better! I will stay there again for the private onsen and golf course in the future. Shared public Amenties with the Marriott which we had no idea but good to know in the future. The shuttle bus was convenient.
