This popular island home has all the space you need for entertaining and relaxing after a wonderful day at the beach! Beautifully decorated, spacious, and fun home and thoughtfully appointed for your enjoyment! 3 bedroom/2.5 Bath home sleeps 8! **Minimum 7 night reservations only.**

The Space:
This 3BR/2.5BA home has an open floor plan, a GAS stove, tile flooring, and all the bells and whistles. MAIN LEVEL owner suite, washer/dryer, 2 car garage. Thoughtfully stocked with beach towels and bags. A short walk to the beach! Toast to your holiday with your welcome bottle of wine, compliments of Guest Cottage.

Guest Access:
Instructions for arrival are emailed 5 days prior to arrival. Door code is sent the afternoon of your arrival.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located on first avenue, a lovely area full of families, restaurants within walking distance, and the ocean, just across Fletcher Avenue.

Getting Around:
Amelia Island is a beach town featuring cars, golf carts, bikes, scooters, etc. for all modes of transportation.
