Room was dirty upon arrival. Floors sticky room smelled of dog urine/feces. No blakets on beds, tv was not functioning. Trash in cabinets. Went to front office twice to ask for assistance. First time person wronte on paper room number and tv. Noone came so I returned 2 days later second time I went to speak with someone I was told I needed to return a differente day to speak with manager. I didn't have time. People living there scream and argue almost evey night. There was a girl that would intentionaly set her car alarm off multiple times during the night and 3-4 in the morning. Someone with a dog let it poop in front of my door and no one cleaned it. It's still there. Trash on stairs. Just an over all negative experience. Will not be returning and wouldn't give a recommendation to anyone wanting to stay.

I stayed 5 days at this property, with 4 more to go, in Jacksonville FL on Baymeadows Rd. I asked to change from a King room to two doubles. Valerie told me I had to check out and check back in. I made my reservation through Orbitz so I called them to change my reservation. Julie at Orbitz checked availability for the room I wanted to change to and it was available, but when she called Studio 6 to request the change, the Studio 6 manager (Roxie) refused. Julie filed a complaint against the property without me initiating it because she said that was unreasonable and making a guest unsatisfied goes against Orbitz policy for customer service and satisfaction. After hanging up with Julie, I called the front desk and asked the manager (Roxie) if I could get some towels, sheets and a comforter because when I checked in there wasn't a comforter on the bed, just a sheet. She said they didn't have comforters but she would try to find me a blanket. I asked her when they would be available and she told me that I had to take the sheets and towels up to the front office and exchange them. I asked when housekeeping cleaned the rooms and she said housekeeping didn't clean the rooms. I told her I needed my room cleaned, she said I didn't have to and I told her I don't live in filth. She also told me on the 7th day, guests were required to wash their own sheets and towels. This is not Studio 6 policy, I verified it. DON'T STAY HERE.

Left as soon as I saw the room. Old animal feces in the bathroom, everything disgusting. Bathroom dirty Lots of drug activity including Roxy in the office. Was told I was wrong when politely addressed issues. Avoid at all costs.
