Second time staying here. Excellent!!

The bes was not that comfortable for 2 people , rest all was good

The location is right on major highway with constant traffic. The view is of the neighbors house. Large lights on commercial bldg next door. The fire pit is the size of my shoe. When it’s cold outside it’s cold inside even with the 3 heaters.

The host was extremely communicative and reached out several times to make sure we had all we needed. The house also had everything you could possibly need and is one of the best stocked VRBO’s has ever stayed at. The location was amazing and central to all the activities and hikes. Great accommodations and excellent communication!

Great staff beautiful area world famous cookies from their bakery and great food from the kitchen!!! The stay was absolute wonderful and met all of our needs for grandsons deer hunt which also ended successfully!!! One of the best weeks of our lives and Jacob’s Lake Inn was a huge part of it!!! This is rustic but that is ok, the description fits the accommodations. We do a lot of overlanding so this wasn’t a big deal to us at all though it might seem like more work to people that are used to a 5star hotel. We had a slight issue with plumbing when we checked in on Saturday and Kaitlyn had the plumber out first thing Monday morning. Her communication was great throughout the whole stay. It was quiet and peaceful and a great location for anyone wanting to explore either the north rim or southern Utah. OurDogs were happy and we enjoyed it a lot! We will be back.
