The staff was friendly, the people was clean and extremely convenient to the Grand Canyon Park entrance.

The pool and jacuzzi were amazing! Stayed open late! The breakfast room and service and good, top notch! The staff were amazing and helpful. Clean; great hotel. Would definitely stay here again! Super accommodating as well, given we had last minute changes to our reservation! Appreciated Expedia and the holiday inn express and suites! So grateful to them both for this experience

They did not have a bed for our party of 5, but they quickly got us one. The pool and grounds are extremely well done. The air conditioning wasn’t working the first night, but they quickly got us a personal room air conditioner and the beds were nice and soft. The best looking and cleanest grounds with beautiful sculptures. I would recommend this place every time. Well done everyone. The cleaning staff were so helpful and kind. Extra thanks to those guys. 😃

It is a nice place to stay while visiting the Grand Canyon, close to restaurants and shops. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This is one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at. Mainly because it was so comfortable the room was spacious and nice and the bathroom was also nice and clean and stocked with any toiletries or things I may need while traveling. Room also had a patio which I loved and there’s a restaurant within the hotel and of course it’s extremely close to Grand Canyon. I definitely think this is the best place to stay if you’re looking to visit Grand Canyon but still have a luxurious like comfortable vacation. Hotel also very eco friendly!!!

The stay was awsome we got one of the suites on the other side of the hotel away from people. Plenty of things nearby, close to the park and other little parks or activities. The suites are tricky to find. don't go to the grocery store accross the street it's ridiculously expensive and they put the price tag sticker on the back so you don't know until you check out.
