This was supposed to be a four start hotel, but felt less than many three star hotels I've been. The rooftop was always booked by a private party and so when I brought some friends over to try to enjoy a drink, it wasn't possible. Most of the time there was no hot water available. Some of the staff were nice and helpful, many were preoccupied with things. The room was quite small, but that was fine. The lobby cramped, but the stairways had a nice design. Since our rooftop was always in use, I walked about 9 minutes to the Lemon Tree Premier which is a real four star hotel, with an amazing rooftop and bar. I even found it better to book my trips from the Lemon Tree Premier. I wouldn't never stay here again. Most all of the other hotels I stay in in Delhi were excellent. This should be rated a 2.5 star hotel in my opinion. I'm not sure how Orbitz determines their ratings.

It’s like a very small hotel without any reception. Not professional at all at this price. Holiday Inn is much preferred at this price. Not recommended for family. Parking is in the road with no safety of your car. Would not recommend this for even a short stay for families. Good option for students staying on sharing basis

The hotel was really nice and the room was spacious they also have a picturesque terrace restaurant were you can enjoy your candlelight dinner. At first I was kinda skeptical about the property but it exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend it.

A wonderful hotel really. Beautiful rooms, a good staff, good location and on top of that a great restaurant on the rooftop. Every time I go to Jaipur I stay at this hotel. It's like coming home a bit. Good beds, nice ambiance. Also a good laundry service.

We stayed one night at Hotel Sarang Palace. Rooms were spacious, clean, and well decorated. The rooftop restaurant was specially decorated for my birthday decoration and provied delicious for candlelight dinner and for breakfast and Lunch they have indoor restaurant, with relaxing background music and a variety of food choices. The reception staff were also very helpful. Overall, we would highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of staying in the ‘Luxurious Bathtub’ room. The room itself is very comfortable, attractive and quiet. The bed and and bed linen in particular is luxurious. Space is used well and the decorations add warmth and atmosphere. We have found the staff in particular, to be warm, friendly and very helpful. They were always ready to assist with anything we needed and when we had problems, they worked hard to overcome them and find solutions.

Sarang Palace is a beautiful hotel to stay in Jaipur. Their hospitality and staff is impeccable. From the time we stepped into the hotel , we felt so comfortable and relaxed. Rooms are luxuriously made with utmost modern designs and interior. Amazing washroom . Lovely room size and view from the window . Speedy WiFi . We also got the room decoration done which was outstanding for our anniversary . Food is delicious and one should eat breakfast and dinner with them . We are very happy to choose sarang palace
