Very poor

This hotel is nowhere near where it needs to be to have this rating. There were a number of things broken, I had no hot water for my whole stay. The service was poor and the food very average. Compared to other hotels of this rating in Jakarta I think this needs to be reconsidered for its rating online.

I requested a non-smoking room, not even knowing smoking rooms still existed. As soon as we stepped onto our floor, the entire hallway reeked of cigarettes. I hoped our room would be different, but I was wrong—it smelled like an ashtray and was as hot as a sauna. We turned on the AC, but it barely worked. I asked to change rooms, and they moved us to another room on the same floor. Unfortunately, the same issues persisted: the room smelled terrible, was uncomfortably hot, and to make things worse, the bed was full of stains and hairs —absolutely disgusting. Frustrated, I demanded another room. This time, they finally gave me a clean, cold room. But after all the hassle, this was far from an enjoyable stay. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I requested a non smoking room. Unfortunately there were people smoking in other room on my floor, the whole floor smelled of cigarette because of this, through air conditioning system. This happens all the time at this hotel, management needs to enforce non smoking regulation!!

Front desk service still bad due to lack of staff. Waited long time to check in and check out, only one staff is servicing and staff cannot speak English much. The hotel mgmt prefer to do local travellers business rather than oversea.

Good hotel with friendly staff. However, housekeeping service and amenities lower tham expectation. They ran out of iron & ironing boards. They offered to iron but staff took more than 2 hours to accomplish a simple task of ironing 1 shirt. Had a meeting to attend and got the shirt back at the last minute. They had some large government event due to which they got very busy but it was all pre-planned so they should have been better prepared. Also, the area around the hotel is not quite walkable. Even crossing the street to other side is quite a challenge and requires walking a long loop.

For sure the worst hotel I have tried so far in Indonesia. Only upside is the short distance to exhibition. Seems they know thats why ppl stay there, and therefor dont care about service or quality. Room service is very poor. I got Pasta Alfredo without chicken... But worst of all was the Lounge Restaurant in the ground floor. DONT EAT THERE!! We brought business partners and it was simply embarrasing.

Check in counter staff was half day dreaming. Don't know what they ask? Make mistakes. Ask me to rate my stay in hotel even before I checked in. The staff cannot recognise her guest. Check out the same too, never close my pending deposits, I must remind her. Address my surname but spoke to me in Bahasa, no initiative, slow like sloth, no energy, lack of zeal to serve... Probably they blame it on their fasting. Breakfast almost empty at 0830am., never replenish food, coffee machine is half working, can only grind and prepare quarter cup of coffee.
