Hotel is conveniently located to my partners office. Front desk staff is very unstaff. One front desk officer attending to a long queue of check in guest. The remaining staff are hiding inside the staff office. No coordination, no teamwork, no job commitments. Very shameful.

Very poor

This hotel is nowhere near where it needs to be to have this rating. There were a number of things broken, I had no hot water for my whole stay. The service was poor and the food very average. Compared to other hotels of this rating in Jakarta I think this needs to be reconsidered for its rating online.
