The room was perfect, especially the airconditioning. The beds were comfortable, and room was clean and tidy. Reception was also very nice. If any comment : The pool was very nice, but all the airconditioning units were on the roof, making a lot of noise in the pool area. So much you could hardly hear the other person speak. Thst was a little dissipointing.

Convenient clean and comfortable.

Convenient clean and comfortable. Just off Orchard Road between two metro stations, it’s in a great location. Staff in reception were friendly and efficient; room was clean and comfortable. Nice to be able to use the pool on the rooftop.

WORST HOTEL STAY OF MY LIFE!!

DO NOT STAY HERE! $450 per night for a disgusting, filthy room with soiled sheets with obvious stains from previous guests and mould growing on ceiling, window frames and walls. The window was painted shut so not ventilation either. We complained to management immediately on arrival in our room and they just shrugged their shoulders. Didn't even offer to change the sheets! Our very young baby became sick over night with trouble breathing so the next morning we asked for a refund of the second might so we could leave. Management refused and told us we could leave a bad review. Absolutely no care at all and no empathy. Hotels.com were also very disappointing. Promised to help with a refund due to misinformation and misleading photos but then said 'the hotel refused so there is nothing we can do'.

The room was clean and bed was comfotable. The check-in staff and the cleaning maid were very kind and friendly and very helpful. The breakfast restaurant in the morning was a bit loud and chaotic. The layout and the queues for the breakfast food has room for improvement. Overall i enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others as a a pleasant stay at a reasonable price.
