the moment I stepped into the Mandarin Oriental Jakarta, I knew I was in for something special. The service was impeccable, with staff members who went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. The warmth and attentiveness of the team made me feel truly valued, and I couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming environment. The room itself was a sanctuary of comfort and elegance, with stunning views of the city skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail in the design was evident in every corner. I especially appreciated the modern amenities that blended seamlessly with the classic, refined decor. Dining at the hotel was an absolute highlight. The selection of restaurants offered a variety of delicious cuisines, each crafted with such care and skill. Whether enjoying a leisurely breakfast or a gourmet dinner, every meal was a memorable experience. The hotel’s location is also ideal—central, yet peaceful, offering easy access to Jakarta's best attractions and shopping spots. Exceptional service and location!

Outstanding customer service. From the moment you arrive you experience VIP levels of service (even if you’re not!) The number of staff members who called me by name was impressive! Upgraded room was very appreciated. Neha one of the concierges was super helpful and was more than helpful and accommodating. My brother and I especially appreciated the farewell card she left for us. We will surely stay at the Mandarin again the next time we are in Jakarta.

Après notre première nuit, l’équipe a immédiatement pris en compte notre demande de changement de chambre, ce que nous avons énormément apprécié. Loved our stay! We booked into a club room and took advantage of the free airport meet and greet and Silver bird car to the hotel. Our room was spacious and lovely. We took full advantage of the club lounge for evening drinks, and like dinner. Breakfast, we ate in the main dining room on the ground floor. An amazing array of totally delicious food.
