The room was a little dirty..a lot of crumbs on the floor…rolled up toilet paper in the corners of the bathroom along with hairs…the circuit breaker tripped on one side of the room so no tv and lights until maintenance fixed it…all garbages were overflowing right when we walked in….the breakfast was nice a lot to choose from….beds seemed to be clean and comfortable..

There are a lot of good things about this hotel, but 2 negative things that really bothered us about our stay are a couple of decisions that the hotel has made that are really unfortunate. 1: The remodeled rooms are very nice & comfortable except the bathroom door is a sliding door with no lock and a 1 inch gap on either side where you can easily see inside the bathroom. Especially with kids, this is a lack of privacy that is not acceptable. 2. They apparently allow animals to stay in the hotel. Besides having to watch dogs crap in the parking lot and near the entrance, a room across from us had two dogs that were barking and howling and could be heard loudly all down the hallway. A huge turnoff. I don't want to sleep in a room where animals have done who knows what on the bed/carpet, etc. Other than these 2 issues, the hotel is otherwise nice, in a safe location and a decent breakfast offering.

The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. I slept well on a good bed. One thing I didn't like was the rolling door to the bathroom; the door was smaller than the opening leaving space on one side or the other which gave little privacy. Awkward. Breakfast was good and very generous!

The only problem I had was that the shower in the original room I was placed in malfunctioned causing water to cover the entire restroom and run underneath the bathroom door into the closet area. Good news is that the floor was tile and the water was cleaned up rather quickly because I placed towels on the floor and called the desk for more assistance. We were moved across the hallway and resumed our stay. Other than that I have no complaints.
