El Faro (Jávea) is one of the Villas with the best and most incredible sea views that you can enjoy, both, from the terrace and from all the rooms of the Villa. A unique experience that will leave a memory for a lifetime. The Villa has 5 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms for total comfort. It is located in the Balcón de Jávea area, 5km from Granadella beach and the area with the most charming restaurants. Your pet is welcome in this Villa (extra cost €50).

The villa has 2 floors that have been renovated and re-decorated this year 2024.
It stands out for:
- spectacular sea views from all angles of the villa
- all rooms with sea views, en-suite bathroom and television.
- hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms and the living room.

- large terraces from which to enjoy the sea view.

Distribution:
The property is distributed over 2 floors connected by an internal staircase:
On the upper level where the living room, dining room, kitchen with a large pantry in a separate area, toilet, a room with an en-suite bathroom and a large terrace with a large table for eating outside next to the gas barbecue and a smaller table for snacks or a reading area are located.
Lower level, where 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located (two of them with a terrace).

The pool area is accessed via an external staircase accessible from both floors of the villa. The pool is large (8 meters long * 4 meters wide), has night light, 8 sunbeds and a double day-bed.

Outside the property next to the entrance to the property there are 2 parking spaces for medium sized cars.

The villa is located in the elegant town of Javea in the balcony area.
The nearest beach is Granadella 5 km from the villa accessible by car in a short 9 minute drive. On Granadella beach there are several restaurants as well as canoe rentals.

The Arenal beach with all its restaurants and shops is only 7km (10 minutes by car).

Just 1km from the villa (3 minutes by car) there is a medium sized supermarket.
Just 1.5 km away we have various restaurant options.
