The Shilla was a very pleansant stay. Although we did not get to use all the facilities like the pool the rooms were super clean and cleaning staff are on the ball. Perhaps the building of a indoor bar near pool with views would add to the experience

Simply nice

It was a great hotel with a quiet location and a view of the ocean. It was clean and simple, but had everything you needed, and the staff was friendly. It was easy to get around Jeju City.

A nice place for sure. Love the design. Could use better pool hour's. Didnt like the restrictions on pool access and splitting up times. Also it closed way to early. After a day exploreing the island id like to relax late at the pool but it closed at 10pm. Also the fitness room needs to be open 24hrs. Im on vacation, not living on a normal schedule. Would to like to access the fitness center any time of the night. Everything closes to early.

부모님 제주도 여행 숙소로 예약해드렸습니다. 제가 다녀온 건 아니지만 부모님께서 머무시는 3일동안 오랫만에 엄청 편안하게 지내다가 왔다고 하시네요. 특히, 직원들의 서비스가 친절하고 좋았다고 하셨습니다. 부모님께서 이동하기 편하도록 더 좋은 숙소로 룸업그레이드까지 해주셔서 제가 더 감사했습니다. 서비흐 만족도가 높아서 다음번 제주도 숙소로 재방문할 것 같습니다.

재방문 의사 있습니다

객실 내부가 깨끗했고 4명이서 불편함 없이 사용할 정도로 넓어서 쾌적했습니다. 바다 경치가 생각보다 잘 보여서 좋았습니다. 야외수영장은 온수풀이라서 추운 날씨에도 충분히 이용할 수 있었고 피트니스 센터 등 부대시설도 잘 갖춰진 것이 편리했습니다. 다시 제주도에 오게 된다면 재방문할 것 같습니다.

바다뷰 온수풀수영장만족합니다 직원분들 매우친절하시구요 인상적이었어요 조식도 투숙객10프로 할인받으면 괜찮은 금액인거같았어요 객실도 만족합니다 다만 낮에는 불편함없었는데 7시넘어서 저녁먹고돌아왔을때 주차하기가좀불편했어요

신라스테이는 비즈니스호텔 성격이 뚜렸하네요

호텔 사진만보고 신라스테이가 드디어 가족여행을 고려해주는줄 알고 착각했네요. 실수로 아이동반 가족여행으로 선택하게 되었는데 3인 이상 가족이 쓰기에는 너무 불편했어요 가구가 의자 두개랑 동그란 테이블 하나 밖에 없어서 의자랑 테이블에 가방 올려 놓으면 앉을 곧이 침대 밖에 없구요, 핸드폰/테블릿 충전이랑 회장품 파우치 놓을 곳이 마땅치 않아 캐리어 위의 올려 두고 쓰느라 너무 불편했어요... ;; 책상까지는 공간이 좁아 힘들것 같고 TV 아래에 벽에 고정하는 선반 같은거라도 하나 있었으면 좋았겠네요 역시 신라스테이는 어디에 있던 비즈니스 호텔 성격이 강하네요.. 그런데 어울리지 않게 온수풀이 있어 좋긴했는데...락커에서 온수풀까지 동선을 왜그렇게 빙빙 돌아가게 만들었는지 모르겠어요..특히 어린이 풀에서 락커까지 오는길은 더 빙빙 돌아 와야 해서 30미터도 더 되는것 같아요 물놀이끝나고 젖은몸으로 돌아오는 동안 얼어 죽는줄 알았네요..
