I have stayed here a couple times before and was looking forward to it again. When we arrived the elevator was out of service (from a day before) and we were told we are on the third floor. We had lots of luggage and were not carrying it up. The lady working around 7 PM Thursday basically didn’t care and said whatever “she will cancel without penalty”. Past experience had been very good. Found a different hotel chain in the area and loved it. Found a new home when in Jenks.

When we arrived to check in, the employee didn’t greet us or say much to us. After checking us in, he read to us our room number (which I was very surprised at as this is a safety concern with other people around), gave us several instructions about where the stairs were (elevator In the hotel was not working), what time and where breakfast was, where coffee would be, and the laundry, the pool hours, and the fitness room. When we had to double check where the stairs were, he seemed annoyed that we didn’t remember everything he just told us. We found the stairs, and got to our room where it was set at 81 degrees! Luckily we were about to go back out, so we adjusted the temperature way down for when we’d be back. Later that night, while trying to fall asleep, we heard the guest next door snoring. Anytime someone walked around upstairs above us, flushed the toilet or took a shower, we heard it. The walls, ceiling, etc must be paper thin. It was not a restful night. And we stayed on a Wednesday! I can’t imagine what it’s like on a weekend or when the hotel is full. When we checked out the next morning, no one was at the desk. No problem, we’ll drop the keys in the drop box. The drop box has a broken lid so basically we just left our keys at the front desk. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Elevator was not in service, had to ask for a shower curtain, ours was missing. Carpet looked filthy. The shade on the window did not block the sun, it was very bright. When we checked out nobody asked if everything was ok.

My day was OK. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The lock was sticking on my hotel door. And there was a big gash in the bathtub. That was patched over and looked like a job that a nine year-old would do. You don’t patch bathtubs in a hotel you patch bathtubs in your own residence. If I wanted to go to a hotel that had patch bathtub, I sure wouldn’t be paying what I paid to stay here. I didn’t know what they used to patch it with and didn’t know if I could soak in my bathtub with that patch like that so I had to go elsewhere to take a shower and did not ever get to take a hot soaking bath, besides that they hid the hot chocolate in the room with the food instead of having it out with the coffee. I plan on staying at this hotel again and I am hoping that my room will look like the price that I pay for it.
