Great convenient location and great staff

Great hotel in the shibuya stream building. Conveniently located to access multiple entrances to the station. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby. Staff spoke English and were friendly. Don’t forget the daily free happy hour drink!

A Great location in the heart of Shibuya! Steps from the Shibuya station which saves time and essential for getting to other locations. About a 5 minute walk to the famous Shibuya scramble crossing. About a 5 minute walk to the Shibuya Sky Tree. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and stores! Price was high for the room and wouldn’t consider it luxury. The location was great!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was extremely convenient, with easy access to the Metro, various dining opportunities, and lots of good shopping. We stayed with our young toddler and felt it was very safe and easy to access all areas of Tokyo. If we come back to Tokyo, we will definitely stay here again!

Excellent first stay in Tokyo. Great location, nice room, nothing to complain about. They even had 3 coin operated laundry machines on one floor. We loved the robot delivering food for room service

Perfect Shibuya hotel stay

What a great hotel in Tokyo! Located in exciting Shibuya, a perfect home base for a Tokyo stay. Steps from the train station which is always a must. Hotel is on 4th floor and 2nd and 3rd floors are full of small restaurants and bars- very colorful and convenient! Steps to Hatchi statue, shibuya scramble crossing and shibuya sky observatory. I train stop to shinjuku with Harajuku area and beautiful Meiji shrine. Rooms were spacious and very well equipped and beds were very comfortable. Staff was most helpful and welcoming.

I stayed at the Shibuya Stream Hotel recently and had such a great experience. The location honestly couldn’t be more convenient—it’s directly connected to Shibuya Station, which made getting around Tokyo super easy. Being right in the heart of Shibuya meant we could walk to so many great shops, restaurants, and cafes without having to plan too much. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking the city—especially at night, the lights were amazing. The windows were floor-to-ceiling so I loved just sitting by them and taking in the view. Despite being in such a busy area, the room was surprisingly quiet and felt like a peaceful little escape. The hotel itself is really modern and clean, and the staff were so kind and helpful. They spoke English really well, which made checking in and asking questions super smooth. Overall, it felt upscale without being stuffy, and I’ll definitely stay there again when I’m back in Tokyo.

Excellent hotel connected to Shibuya Station. Super convenient for getting around and great shopping. Shibuya Sky Tower is next door and connected via walkways. We had a 4 person twin bed corner room that was very spacious and modern. The hotel seemed fairly new. We could not see Shibuya Scramble Crossing from our room but it was only a 5 minute walk. Several restaurants and cofee shops in the complex. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Tokyo. Highly recommend.

We loved Shibuya Stream. As first timers, getting off the train from the Narita airport and seeing signs for hotel inside of Shibuya Station, was awesome - so easy! Check in was easy, and room was nice. Location was the best part. We bounced around Tokyo and being so close to the station was a life saver. The restaurants in the building were great. Family Mart and 7-11 were just around the corner. And the street outside the hotel is lined with cherry blossoms which were beautiful. If you are seeing Shibuya Sky, and go-kart excursion, this location is perfect. I will definitely be back.
