Staff is amazing, room super clean, and access to NYC undeniably simple. However, local temperature was in the lower 30’s and none of the nights we stayed we had hot water in the shower. We only had hot water in the sink faucet and that is not ideal. After the first night, at the very first thing in the morning, I communicated the issue to the front desk. Albeit, per our return at night water continued not hot at all. Frustratingly, no actions were taken to relocate us to a different room without this issue nor it was fixed. Moreover, that for me is not negotiable but definitely made think that I’ll never stay at that hotel again nor will recommend to anyone I know is looking for a hotel in the area. We already have made plans to go back next spring but will certainly avoid this hotel even if there is an insane low price. Lastly, breakfast was okay, but toasters were not working, not healthy sugar alternatives but processed sugar and Equal, cream pump never worked on any day and visible was never replaced, and options were very limited. Wouldn’t stay that again.

The room was great. Staff were fabulous. Great option instead of staying in Manhattan. Hot breakfast was a nice way to start our day.

Room was okay, the breakfast was good. Service it depends who was in the front desk. The lady when we checked in was very informative,but the guy during check out was bordeline rude. The first set of keys we got during check in did not work so that’s a bummer then on our last day we came back to our room from breakfast the keys again stopped working so we had to get another keys then the replacement didn’t work so we had to go down stairs again get it fixed so we wasted a good 30 minutes there. So yeah its 3 stars for me.

Rooms were spotless. Each day our beds were made, new towels were given, our rooms were spotless! Breakfast was convenient and was served until 10 which was great, gave us a little bit of time to sleep in.

Bad smell in the hallway and mediocre breakfast are the only main issues, everything else was good. Would recommend that they make tvs compatible with HDMI chords and other devices so guests can watch their own movies/tv rather than just the direcTV options
