In the middle of night water was dripping in the bathroom from the top floor tried to call the front desk by the room phone there was no dial tone on the phone. Had to used to use my cell phone to call them to let them know. They asked me to go downstairs at 3:00 in the morning so they can talked to me. Once I got down stairs they wanted Me to change room when my kids was sleeping. I denied it, they advised me to put towels on the floor to sucked the water. That was not pleasant because it messed up my whole day because of lack of sleep.

The hotel is budget friendly and I feel it does very well for being budget friendly. We had a noisy neighbor which is not the hotel’s fault, but it was disturbing at some moments. However, everything else went very well.

Das Hotel war ok, zur Bushaltestelle etwa 10 min laufen, dann 15 min Busfahrt nach NYC. Zimmer recht klein, aber sauber. Fenster nicht zu öffnen. Frühstück reichlich, aber sehr amerikanisch und ungesund.

There was a man in a cap sitting near parking lot all 2 days and nights (which is weird working outside at night) with laptop and headphone, talking all the time. We were not comfortable with that. Hotel was very clean. Beds were not super comfortable but sufficient. Rooms were quiet considering how close to the highway it is. Nice having a microwave and small refrigerator in the room. Staff was nice and friendly but didn’t know how to get to the light rail station or even know where it was. Also some mother was asking if they had a pool and they didn’t seem to understand what she was asking about. A lot of people standing outside by the doors smoking was unpleasant. Breakfast was good—quite a few options. Overall very convenient and would stay there again.
