"Disappointing Experience: Avoid This Extended Stay Our stay began with a subpar check-in process on the evening of June 9th, 2025. The front desk staff member was distracted by a phone conversation and wore an earpod, making us feel like an inconvenience every time we asked a question. To our surprise, the unit lacked basic amenities like plates and cookware. When we requested these essentials, we were told to return the next day due to unavailability. However, the most alarming issue was the deplorable condition of the rooms. The first room reeked of marijuana, which was unacceptable for our family with young children. The second room smelled of mold and wet carpet, while the third room had a milder but still unpleasant odor. Cooking was also a challenge due to the outdated hot plates, which took an excessive 30 minutes to heat up. The complimentary breakfast was extremely basic, so be sure to read the fine print before booking. Overall, I strongly advise against staying at this Extended Stay, especially if you're traveling with family. The numerous issues and subpar amenities make it a place to avoid.

Couldn’t get clean towels w/o dropping off current towels and waiting to get cleaned, rooms are well sound proofed, breakfast is grab n go with few choices, seems like the motel 6 of extended stay, was surprised to see two parking spaces reserved for police vehicles.

The only glitch is that I was not given my Driver's License back after checkin. Rather than bringing it to my room I had to go to desk to track down rather than staff notifying me. It was put in a drawer. Good customer service would have brought it to me. I was going on a cruise the next day and would not have been able to board after 7 hour drive from Ohio. Little details mean a lot to me.

It was what it was. I went to go and see Beyoncé. It was a mostly quick Uber from the Met Life Arena. It checked the box of staying very close to venue. The room… smelled absolutely horrible. Shower was not the best. BRING SLIPPERS TO WALK AROUND THAT CARPET. The signs of “Lock your car and don’t leave valuables in it” left me feeling a bit nervous. Would I again? No. Was it affordable for one night? Not really for the issues.

The hotel needs a complete remodel. The cabinets are falling apart. Their walls were severely stained. There was a bad smell that was masked by some type of fragrance. We had random loose hairs in are towels.
