The staff have communication problems with each other. They tried to pay for the extension more than twice. The staff are very inexperienced, especially in conveying instructions and check-in information to the customers accurately.

The hotel is located on a hill which walking up a very steep pathway if you do not have access to a car. On the positive side there a bus stop just opposite the hotel that links NJ to NY
