The room they had reserved for us (non-smoking) smelled like cigarettes (because of course it did). We moved to another room that smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Stayed since it was only one night. But never again!

The stairs to our room were broken and horrible, the bathroom shower head is rusted, the towels had hair in them and there were nats in the room. The advertisements were off.

Our stay here was horrible. The property itself is unsafe and unsanitary where there's thrown out appliances such as microwaves in the parking lot, a mass amount of wild cats around. The room itself had a horrible odor, filled with insects, as if it was not open in days. The staff there doesn't clean the facility properly, and when they tried to leave us cups that we asked for they left them at the foot of our door rather than wait for us to answer. The heating/cooling system is ancient and does not offer proper comfort. The 'closet' did not have any hangers or really anything to put away clothing on. No pole even. No iron and the hair dryer did not work. The sheets were not cleaned properly. There were no personal hygiene products either. They advertise breakfast is included however they offered us a cold English muffin, and a small orange juice in a brown bag. That is not a breakfast you advertise for that is rations.

There is no such a call breakfast. One bottle of orange juice and two small muffin. Handover to me when I ask for the breakfast. Small roaches in the room and the housekeeper leave the door open. When I came nighttime I found my door was main door was open. I went to the front desk. I brought a guy to show him. I was so scared. I thought somebody inside.

Would not stay here again…Breakfast was served in brown bags with a muffin, granola bar and orange juice…I saw a roach on the wall and the carpet was dirty in the hallways…the beds was comfortable
