The Property Manager will hand the keys to you and share knowledge with you about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
As Ellipse does not operates a “hotel”, (Private Concierge)) our host may not always be at the concierge or reception area upon your arrival. To ensure a smooth check-in experience and avoid any unnecessary waiting, we kindly ask that you inform us of your estimated time of arrival (ETA) in advance.
