Outstanding Service and Hospitality

Once again, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the entire team — from reception, housekeeping, and restaurant staff to management — went above and beyond to ensure that every need of mine was accommodated with warmth and a genuine smile. I would love to mention individual names, but doing so would be an injustice to the entire team, as every single staff member played a role in making my stay so memorable. The professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail were evident in every interaction. It is always a true pleasure to stay at this hotel, and I look forward to many more visits in the future. Great location, great staff. There was an issue with one of our rooms and the staff assisted to make changes swiftly. They were helpful with organizing a surprise for my birthday with my sister. There smoking floor is sectioned and not on its own floor would be a con and finding hair around the room also a con. Both issues addressed professionally and efficiently. Overall great experience

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Rosebank for 3 nights in March. Good stay all in all. the hotel internally connected to the mall and shopping centre next door which is incredibly convenient. Staff are very friendly and helpful but the property could do with some renovation, particularly the lifts. The only real negative was that they messed up meeting me on arrival at the airport.
