Beautiful place to stay to get away.

This was a quick impromptu trip on a holiday weekend and I was overjoyed at how beautiful and nice this facility was and how kind and welcoming the guest services were.

We had a wonderful stay! Excellent customer service, great food at the restaurant when you enter on your right side (Mexican restaurant not so much) and a modern room with plenty of space. Shuttle service was provided from BWI airport, Amtrak station, and mall. Walking distance to CVS and other eateries near.

The price was not worth the stay. I don't recall booking an executive suite but apparently i did. I payed 3 times what other families i traveled with did to get to use a borrowed robe, a $20 off breakfast voucher and late checkout (1hr later) which didn't matter because we checked our before 7am. The website promised executive rooms have more space etc. They do not. If i payed what everyone else did for what i got then this would be a 5 star review. Don't book executive and don't get scammed.

Attractive and well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable and roomy. Pillows were too fat, TV remote was hard to figure out and didn’t really care for the single shot espresso machine in the room but all that’s a matter of personal taste. Would definitely stay again if the location is ideal.

It was our first stay at this hotel and the desk clerk forgot to explain parking but I figured it out and all was well. I did have to call and ask though. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I wish the water pressure was stronger and the hot water was a little hotter. I would definitely stay again.

Great place

Great place to stay. I’m a returning customer. Restaurant on premises has great ambience and excellent food and service. The restaurant opens early and closes late. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Many dining choices in immediate vicinity of hotel.
