Check in was awful, I had just driven 4 hours with three kids and as a single mother I had used my maiden name on the booking but because my ID was still my married name they wouldn’t let me check in, even though my ID could prove it was me. The lady was rude and unhelpful. I would not stay there again.

Property was way too small, the pictures are very deceiving. I was immediately and noticeably disappointed as I entreated.. Whilst it was clean it actually did make me feel nothing other then regret I didn’t book elsewhere.

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful and clean and the pool is great. Beds and pillows are so comfortable and the staff are amazing. Only down side of this hotel is it has such noisy lifts that bang all the time and keep you awake most of the night.

Very well maintained property in the heart of cbd. Queen victoria market is just a minute walk away. Two minutes walk to the tram and train stations. Lots of fooding options nearby. The heated swimming pool and pool spa was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended

Beds were really comfortable. Noise level was fine for inner city location – I would say as expected, some noise but not extreme and only slight over night. Easy walk to CBD and Tram stop. Good cafe nearby for morning coffee and pastry. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Interior of communal areas is a little tired. Facilties in room were adequate.

Great location but appalling cleaning services. Our room was missed and when it was cleaned the clean was poor. We were given dirty towels and dirty bed linen. The toilets in the restaurant part were disgusting.

The property is spacious and conditions are well maintained. The parking is a bit pricey but the property manager is willing to go out and provide solution. Therr is an onsite Don Don for a quick and easy meal, suitable for travellers and families alike.
