Zero stars if I could - staff doesn’t care. I stayed at Pegasus Apart’Hotel in May 2025 and while the apartment itself was decent, the customer service was extremely disappointing. My group of four accidentally left behind two MAC foundation bottles (over $100 value) and a black microfibre face towel in the bathroom of our 2-bedroom apartment. We are absolutely certain they were left on the glass shelf and towel rack. After returning to Sydney, I called the hotel three times. The first time, I was promised a callback that never came. The second time, I was told nothing was found – which is hard to believe given how clearly the items were placed. On my third call, I explained again and was told by Rohit Vaid that unless I filed a police report, they wouldn’t take further action. Instead of any empathy, I was met with repetition, deflection, and blame. No sincere effort was made to look into the situation or even acknowledge how upsetting it was. I wasn’t asking for much just help recovering personal items. The dismissiveness and lack of accountability were unacceptable. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel like guests are treated as disposable once they check out. What should’ve been a great experience was completely overshadowed. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you value honesty, service, or basic decency.

2 bedroom apartment (2008) was spacious and clean with huge balcony. Very well priced and booked with breakfast included. Staff were friendly and helpful and check in was smooth. Walking distance to shopping and restaurant and very quiet apartment. We had a lovely stay.

A comfortable stay in a well equipped room. The breakfast option was nice but a bit expensive. The hotel is located on a side street which is quieter than the major streets. Walking distance to Victoria Market, Flagstaff Park, and various tourist attractions. Public transport close by. Operator 25 is an excellent dining option right across the street.

Great Location - Near Queen Victoria Market

We arrived around 11 am after flying in from the US. We planned to leave our luggage and wander around - however, we were so happy that our room was ready early and we were able to move in right away (for a very reasonable fee). Absolutely worth it. Pegasus Apart'Hotel is in a great location. We went to the Queen Victoria Market (right around the block) several times, walked to the CBD, lots of nearby restaurants. Great time. Hospitable staff. Clean and convenient. I would definitely stay there again and recommend.

Super location and Super clean

The hotel is located in a great downtown area and it was easy to get to where we wanted. We loved having cooking appliances available. There was a little grocery store nearby, a huge flea market and much more. We really missed not having an ice machine to access whenever we wanted. ( it would have been nice if they had Kleenex to compliment all the other wonderful toiletries they had for us. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay

This is our fourth time there and we were happy with the room, desk, and service. We booked a 2 bedroom. It was spacious with everything we needed. Ate the breakfast buffet and it was good for the price. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We love traveling to Melbourne and Pegasus is a great location and place to stay. Mahalo!
