The bed linens & towels were clean. the phone didn’t work & there was no hairdryer attached to the wall. The staff found another room for me. The second room the phone worked, and the hairdryer was there. However, the carpet was stained, walls & furniture were scuffed & chipped. There was an iron but no ironing board. The microwave cord didn’t reach the outlet and I had to move it to plug it in. The ceiling light/fan in bathroom had no cover. I wouldn’t want my brand to be associated with this property. I have photos & will send if you provide instructions.

this hotel was a big disappointmentl! no service was received during my stay at this hotel. Room was never cleaned for 3 days despite me asking for it daily. Manager even came and took pictures of the dirt on the furniture and on the floor. There was a white powdery substance all over the corners. I told him on a daily basis that we have allergies and they need to vacuum. The room was NEVER cleaned along with the bathroom. The trash was never taken out so we had 4 full bags of trash in the room. There was no shampoo or soap as well, one time I was in the shower and the shampoo dispenser was empty, so I called my daughter to talk to the manager. while I was waiting in the shower the manager took 15 minutes to go look and brought back a bottle that was 10% full. I didn't even know how to put it in the dispenser. On my last day, I've had enough and invited the person that was at the front desk. I showed him the towels that were laying as a mountain for days in the bath, the overfilling trash cans, the non-vacuumed floor. I was frustrated and he raised his finger, got out of the room and threatened me by saying: "Do NOT talk with that tone with me. Don't you dare raising your voice at me. I am NOT the manager and this isn't my job." I was surprised and asked him "Are you serious? you represent the company, you are the only one here, I am going to complain to you." He dismissed me saying that I can talk to the manager in the morning. In the morning I left without saying anything
this is half of the trash that was overfilling in the room.
Never bed done , we didn't have a sign on the door, so no excuse here.

Not many choices for breakfast. Rooms show patch jobs on walls and other fixtures performed poorly. Bedding looked old. Not enough towels/wash clothes. Tub was dirty
