Friendly, helpful staff, beautifully clean rooms with a very comfortable bed in the cabins, a very hot shower, a hot tub for the winter, nice and quiet in the extensive grounds and a beautiful view over fields and the snow-capped mountains away from the noise of road traffic on a state highway.

Sadly disappointed

We booked a queen room, with Internet which we needed, however the room was misrepresented as being a queen bed but was quite a cheap quality double and the Internet didn’t work except in the office on another wifi code which we weren’t provided as it was for staff. We booked to have these 2 services and didn’t receive them. We felt the accom know about these 2 things but haven’t changed their advertising to be transparent about what they offer there. By the time we arrived there was no other option to move elsewhere as we were also travelling with friends. No towels came with the room to use the spa either, another surprise.
