Excellent location, just 2mins walk from JR Asahikawa Station and AEON mall was just adjacent to it. Hotel staff were polite and friendly. Check-in was very smooth. Room was cosy and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Hotel was located nearJR Asahikawa Station about 150 m. Front officer has good service mind. Room cleanliness is OK. Hotel was make up room every 3 nights stay. Hotel was offered amenity kits.

The hotel is lovely! A bit dated but very well maintained. The included buffet dinner and breakfast were amazing with many choices of Japanese and Western food! Lovely rooftop onsen plus ground floor onsen. The area around the hotel is a quiet with many ships and restaurants closed but that allowed us to enjoy the hotel facilities.

Great hotel near the Asahikawa Station and the Aeon Mall, which was convenient for the Asahikawa Snow Festival (or would have been if I hadn't booked the week before the festival :-) ). The hotel is also, extremely conveniently, in front of a bus stop that comes straight from the airport. Simply stay on the bus until the stop after the station and step into the hotel. For Japan, the size of the twin room is _massive!_ Plenty of room for luggage, clothes storage, and potentially cricket practice (please don't play cricket in your hotel room :-) ). The raised bathroom is, however, the standard 'small' size for a Japanese hotel room, but is perfectly servicable. There's plenty of food options nearby with the main shopping street only a block away (which leads off from the train station), and the Aeon Mall's food court and restaurants are a five minute walk away.
