Check in was not great. Person kept making noises like he had post nasal drip going on. Only option he knew about for parking was valet. We ask if there were other options and he appeared annoyed.

Great hotel in a central location.

Room was clean and in good repair and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I do wish a separate recycling bin would have been provided in the room.

First off, the 7 or 8 story self-parking garage is right next door, $18/day. Valet is also available for $40 /day. 3 blocks from Power & Light District Staff was great, room was great. Quiet. Overall I would definitely stay again.

Our room was great! as you can tell my husband has no problems with the bed. There was alittle noise around 6:30am but I’m saying that was people getting ready to head home. They bring us an extra blanket, close to the ice machine an elevators!

The hotel is just a short walk away from the tram that will take you to Union station or to the City Market by the river. The Downtown area may not have all the character of Crossroads or Westport but it is only a relatively short trip to reach those areas.
