Our sliding pocket door between the bedroom and bathroom did not work. We didn't report it until we checked out, but the desk clerk did not seem to care about it. No "sorry for the inconvenience" or any response. It didn't seem like it mattered to her. We could tell the doorframe had been worked on previously (poorly).

Our stay at the Hilton country club was good. We like the location of the hotel, which we walk everywhere. The only things that wasn’t satisfying is the maid service and the shower. The house keeping lady she didn’t clean out room, it was never vacuumed curious 4day stay. She did a poor service. The pressure on the water shower was low, some how it clugged. And the toilet was also clogged couple of times. Our kids like the the idea of indoor and outdoor pool!! We will come come back.
