Lots of lunch and dinner options less than a mile away. Price for room was spot on. Wish there was secondary curtains in the room to block out a bit more light, parking lot lights are bright (i like a dark room), room was comfy and cool.

This place is disgusting. We were first put into room 111. When we walked in, there was a very strong odor of cleaner and the carpets were very wet. We found a note from maintenance that stated they cleaned the air conditioner and carpet and to request a UV light to make sure everything was killed. We couldn’t stay because of the smell. They moved us to room 119. The kids found what looks like feces on the curtains. I went back to the front desk and said the only other room they had on first floor was 101. We didn’t need first floor, but they were trying not to send anyone upstairs because the elevator was broken. I went into 101 and found blood on the curtains. We checked out and went to a different hotel. Since then, hotels.com has reached out 4 times and the management refuses to respond regarding a refund. We have reached out to corporate and they say they can’t do anything to help except contact the manager. I attempted to call the manager myself but he won’t return calls. Please do not stay here. This place should be shut down for bodily fluids in the rooms.

Told to leave with my flat tire or i would be towe

My family and I were told to leave after 2 hours of checking in by the police. Im a single father of a twelve year old son 11 year old son and 8and 7 year old daughters.

We had accidentally left some of my husbands medical supplies and a medical pillow, called several times the day off checkout and the day after checkout before we left the area to try and recover the items, and kept being told to call later. Also pool was overpopulated. It wasn't a pleasant experience and I will not be returning.

Front desk staff was amazing! Poor was very nice, slide was closed when we arrived but opened up after about 30min of swimming. The only downside was the shower- we almost fell as it doesn’t have a drain so the water ended up all the way to the toilet. Pretty disappointed

My family has stayed here before and we'll stay here again. The pool is great fun and designed for all ages to enjoy. I appreciate the separate area for little ones, and then, of course, there's the slide. If the kids have energy to burn at the end of the day, send them down the slide a few times. I admit I enjoyed it myself. We had a king suite this time, and I think that's what we'll stick with. The room was spacious and we took advantage of the refrigerator and the microwave for late night snacking. Vending machines are by the pool, but there are grocery and convenience stores nearby. There's also a large shopping area with several restaurants about two miles up the road. We enjoyed the free breakfast and had fun making our own waffles. 8am seemed to be the busiest, so I recommend arriving earlier. The two gentlemen in the kitchen were a lot of fun, interacting with diners frequently. They made sure we had everything we needed. The cleaning staff are exceptional. They're friendly, ready to help, and so polite! Front desk staff is knowledgeable about local events and things to do and see. They will bend over backwards to ensure guest's comfort and safety. We'll be back in September without the kids and we're looking forward to staying here.

Good for one night with kids

The pool was very busy, but our kids enjoyed it. The staff at the front desk, cleaning the pool area, running the continental breakfast, and cleaning stuff for all very friendly and accommodating. The beds were pretty uncomfortable, which is why I rated the comfortability solo in addition to not being the cleanest room. Overall, it served as a good break from our long drive home.
