Staff were friendly and helpful. We had to ask for sheets and pillows for the sofa bed and they brought them right away. The coffee maker was difficult to operate. The thermostat was difficult to regulate. There was very little space on the bathroom counter and the sink was tiny. The beds were very comfortable. Parking was difficult to enter and exit and the exit was onto a one-way street with a gate that closed right behind the vehicle, which made exiting the parking garage and turning onto the one-way street a challenge.

Everything was wonderful but we thought the indoor pool would be heated. Everyone that came down to swim either didn't get in or got in but couldn't stay in because they were too cold and shivering.

Positives: Very comfortable bed Breakfast staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful Overall a quiet stay Negatives: Room was not as clean as expected Front desk was difficult to reach; calls went unanswered or were disconnected, and I had to call from my cell to the main line just to get someone. Room clock was an hour off, and wake-up calls were also incorrect for my entire stay; despite notifying the front desk, it was never fixed over three nights. Parking is a major issue: spaces are extremely small (Mini-Cooper small), the steep exit ramp feels unsafe, especially in winter, and it costs $18 per night, which is absolutely not worth it.

Our room didn't have a working TV (we let front desk know, but they were unable to fix it, we'llsee if they discount our stay as they promised), there was a set alarm on the in-room clock that hadn't been reset that went off at 6am, and the pool was freezing. We thought there was a hot tub, but unfortunate, no. Breakfast wasn't terrible. Staff was very nice.
