Roaches in kitchenette area (I requested a different room and roaches were in both). Dirty rooms. Parking is a nightmare after 7pm. Front desk person, Jamie Lee, was the rudest and most condescending person I encountered on the entire island and should NOT be in customer service/hospitality. The WiFi is spotty at best and doesn’t even connect to their own tvs. The dvd rental machine has a mind of its own. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The only thing that is good about this place is the ocean view and access.

Over all we had a great stay, comfortable bed, great view, convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Beach access and nice walking path along the beach. My only negative comment would be a bit of a musty smell, probably because of the location next to the ocean and also it being a ground level room. Had to wash my clothes when I got home to get the smell out. Over all we would stay again and ask for a unit upstairs.

The condo was nice. Hawaiian feel and view of grounds and ocean were as advertised. We enjoyed the tiki bar and pool area and access to everything. Would stay here again.

Beautiful location and the staff is always helpful. Consider updates to the bathroom and the building as a whole. We’re seeing rust buildup in places that indicate that it needs repair.

Housekeeping not provided unless you have an extended stay and be aware of the daily resort fee for unneeded amenities (ex movie rental to bridge the outdated tvs). Parking is difficult they are not strict on their tow service so hard to park in the lot as a guest/with a pass.

The property seems to need to be remodeled. The room smelled like mold and there was mold we could see. We both ended up getting sick from the mold. The customer service was terrible too.

Amazing property and location. The grounds were well kept, with flowers growing everywhere! The room was clean and cozy with a beautiful ocean view. We requested a 3rd floor Ocean Front room, and I highly recommend that. Awesome view of the ocean and sunrise every morning from the lanai. Quiet and peaceful, with good air conditioning. Easy access to chairs at the beach and pool every day. Easy parking and access to great food and shopping at the Coconut Marketplace and surrounding locations. The front desk staff was a little impatient and disinterested the few times we needed anything, but they always got us what we needed. We would've preferred more frequent room cleaning and service than once in 6 days. The one day it was scheduled we were gone all day until 4pm, and the room wasn't serviced until 4:30pm.

The whole thing was great, comfortable ,clean rooms, with all of the things that you would need to make your stay one to remember and cherish . the layout of the hotel was great with trees and amazing flowers everywhere. with the beach a short walk across the grass ,then into the warm pacific ,flanked by beautiful palm trees , a true vision of a Hawaiian holiday. the staff were very helpful , the poolside bar was a great place to have a drink at the end of the day. we would have loved to have stayed longer.
