Compare Ski Hotels in Kennebec Valley

Newly renovated facility. Modern decor is a little unnerving until you discover how to control the touch lights. Climate control was very effective and quieter than usual in motel rooms.

There was no hot water for showers! I was not told this on check in and found it as a terrible surprise the following morning. At check out I alerted the front desk and the response was, "yeah we know, we have had some people working on it but its not fixed." I asked how long its been this way and she said "I'm not sure but for a while." Absolutely not acceptable for staff not to alert customers of this issue upon arrival. A cold shower is not how most people on trips want to start the day.

The staff was wonderful. I really appreciated how the waitstaff in the restaurant alerted me to the fact that somebody at our table left behind a white envelope. Yes, my nephew left behind his birthday card.

Awesome stay

Stayed over for work. Did not use amenities or have breakfast. A couple of the other guys did said it was good.
