The evening staff who checked me in the customer service was lacking. Im use to hotel staff who are welcoming, give directions to find elevators, and give breaktast and checkout times.
This is always given without asking but not this time. I had to ask where the elevators were. Im aware majority hotels breakfast & checkout times are the same. In the room the shower curtain was gone. When i called to tell same staff about the problem she just said that was weird. No im sorry about the inconvenience. I had to pick up the shower curtain at the front desk and put it up. The morning staff were friendlier.
