Hotel was in a good location, parking was $65 per day which is expensive, but we used valet. I was so disappointed we couldn’t use the rooftop bar, which is why we booked 2 nights there. Being 8 of us we wanted to sit for a drink before going to dinner but it is only open Friday & Saturday night

The window on our ground floor room could not be closed or locked. Not at all secure. Having said that, we didn't have any problems due to this. Had a few issues getting the door to unlock with the phone app. Took over 5 minutes to get into our room on several occasions. Key or card would be much less hassle.

Close and convenient to the convention centre

Limited parking available at the property. Staff were helpful in providing options

Blinds had gaps each side which let light into the room at night, aircon was the quietest I’ve ever had in a hotel
